SALTWATER EMBERS
This exhibition provides an opportunity to experience the music, film, and dance of First Nations people, all while surrounded by their art in development.
Saltwater Embers is a multidisciplinary exhibition showcasing works in progress by artists who attended the 2024 First Nations Artist Camp held on South Stradbroke Island. “Our Art carries story that stretches far before and beyond the final outcome; it is about memory, process, transition, and the moments in between where relationships form, and ideas spark and ignite. Saltwater Embers presents the raw, dynamic energy of First Nations artistic practice in flux.” – Libby Harward, Curator

THIS WEEKS MENU
Our healthy and nutritious homestyle meals are supplied by Kids Gourmet Food on a six week rotating menu. Qualified chefs have been fine tuning the menus since 2002 using fresh ingredients and incorporating a broad range of flavours. Our menus exceed strict quality standards and support local farms and local business. We have personally tried and tested each meal and can say with confidence that your child will certainly enjoy mealtimes.
An alternative menu is provided for those under the age of 12 months or children with special dietary requirements. If you would like a copy of these alternative menu’s simply ask Miss Gail at reception.
